Job Description
Prepare grant budget, report, and audit documents based on the grant requirements.
Review, analyze, balance, and reconcile accounting activities regarding grants for revenues, expenditures and general ledger, and other related reports.
Prepare audit worksheets, schedules, reports, and supporting documentation to be used during grant audits and site visits by federal, state, or other related agencies.
Compile and analyze data as well as prepare responses to questions from internal clients regarding financial statements and reports, including contract and grant expenditures, status, and terms.
Provide other fiscal support, as needed
Job Requirements
Requirements - A bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university or Associate degree in accounting and four years of experience in performing accounting work.
Equivalencies - Equivalent combination of education and experience including 30 credits in accounting and business law and 6 additional credits in statistics or data processing.
MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
Training will be provided.
