Responsible for technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding. Evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems. Duties include performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
Active Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain such.
BS degree and 8 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

Agile/Waterfall program work
Requirements: analysis, re-write, development
Development of build packages: software to develop code from these packages
Work on a command-and-control system
DODAF Architecture development
Work with some sort of Requirements tool (Doors, Slate, JAMA)
Some Test experience/knowledge
Cross team work - Test, SW development, Training/Documentation
Willingness to work as a team player
